After over 25 years of publishing and our weekly newsletters we are going to be making a significant transition. After over 6,000 newsletters and hundreds and hundreds of recipes, thousands of columns, and hundreds of questions answered, we will stop publishing today.

The recipes and information that many of you have told us you rely on will not be going away, but in the next few days will be incorporated into a larger and important Culinary Medicine project. Within the next few days all links to will be redirected to our new home at We hope you’ll visit!

With this transition we will be launching an exciting new application – a menu builder – and we’ll continue to feature robust content for you to continue eating great food that just happens to be great for you.

In the coming weeks our subscribers will begin receiving a new newsletter, less often but with the great information that can help you keep eating great food.

Over the years we have heard from many of you how much our work has helped you be healthier. It has made all of our hard work more than worth the effort, and I hope that you will find the new offerings just as valuable.
